- No existe evidencia que la dieta de exclusión

de alérgenos materna durante embarazo y

lactancia reduzca la incidencia de APLV.

- La mejor alimentación para el menor de

6

meses es la LME, de no ser posible se

prefiere el uso de pHf o eHF, siendo éstos de

igual efectividad en cuanto a la reducción de

incidencia, pero el primero de menor costo

y mejor sabor, por ende el de preferencia.

- No existe evidencia que avale un retardo en la

introducción de la PLV en la dieta luego de los

a

6

meses.

Faltan estudios que comparen el efecto preventivo

de estas medidas a largo plazo, pero resulta

éticamente difícil no aplicarlas a un grupo

de niños.
