Abordaje diagnóstico para aspiración de cuerpo extraño en pediatría
Es importante exhortar a los padres a poner énfasis en
la supervisión y el cuidado hacia los niños menores de 4 años
que comienzan a manipular objetos pequeños, sin olvidar que al
ser los proveedores de los alimentos, tengan especial cuidado
en aquellos de alto riesgo de asfixia por aspiración (caramelos,
cacahuates, salchichas, etc.) (3).
