La resección endoscópica esta indicada en seleccionados tumores de histología mayoritariamente benigna, pequeños, pediculados y que no infiltran la pared traqueal. La radioterapia y quimioterapia esta indicada solamente en recidivas de tumores malignos. CONCLUSIONES Los tumores traqueo bronquiales son muy infrecuentes en pediatría y pueden ser benignos y malignos. Generalmente la sospecha diagnostica es habitualmente tardía.
